Set-Up Charges: $48.00(c) per color. $80.00(c) per branding plate. Applies to all 1st time orders, as well as changes of artwork on reorders.

Art Charges: Artwork is included with a minimum order if camera ready black & white art is submitted. If camera ready artwork is not submitted, there will be a $48.00(c) per hour charge.

Camera Ready Art: Black and white layout, separated by color overlays for multi-color imprints. Copies of artwork made on office copiers or sent via fax are not acceptable art. You can e-mail artwork in black & white camera ready. The preferred formats are EPS, PDF or Adobe Illustrator. goodluckart@hotmail.com

Product Proof: $48.00(c) for one color or $80.00(c) for branded items. Plus cost of item in minimum quantity.

Speculative Sample: $48.00(c) for one color, $48.00(c) for each additional color and $80.00(c) for branded items. Plus cost of item in minimum quantity. Charges will be credited upon receipt of order.

Random Samples: One hand random samples are available at no charge. If a pair is requested, you will be bill at EQP pricing plus shipping costs.

Stapling in Pairs or Poly Bagging in Pairs: $0.15(c) per pair.

Less Than Minimum: $45.00(c).

Cancellations: You will be billed for all costs expended to date of cancellation.

Overruns & Underruns: We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% over or under original order. Exact quantity orders $48.00(c).

Production Time: Normal production time is 4 weeks for new orders. If proof is required, production time begins after proof approval, as well as credit approval.

Terms: Billing terms 1% 10 Net 30 Days with approved credit. We accept MasterCard, Visa and company checks.

1st Time Customers: Please send pre-pay with order. We accept MasterCard Visa and company checks. This will enable us to process your order in a more efficient manner. Due to overruns and freight charges, final invoice may be different from the pre-pay.

Pricing: Subject to change without notice.

Distributor Self-Promotion Orders: EQP pricing for most products, please inquire. The imprint must contain the same name that is on the purchase order. Some restrictions to this offer do apply.

Co-Ops: Co-op pricing is available; contact us for specific information. Co-op programs not producing sufficient volume will not be eligible for co-op pricing the following year.

Drop or Split Shipments: If there is more than one location listed, a $12.00(c) charge will be attached to each location.

Shipping: Normally, FOB factory. Shipping method is determined by factory unless clearly specified on the order. We are not responsible for delays or damages in transit by delivering carrier.

Special Packaging: Quoted on individual basis (example not standard case packaging or inclusion of custom supplies material).

Returns: Authorization must be granted and actual samples submitted before items can be returned. Returns of imprinted merchandise due to errors which are not the responsibility of Good Luck Line will not be allowed.

Claims: Claims must be made within 15 days of shipping date.

Special Note: We assume no liability for unfulfillment due to inability to obtain merchandise caused by strikes, fires and other causes beyond our control.
